My tips for tanning

My tan line from last summer
I  am gonna switch things up today and I'm gonna be a beauty guru. The sun is finally coming out and that only means one thing. It's time to get tan. I love being tan, personally i think i look 10x better tan.  Honestly, I get really tan during the summer and over the years I've learned some things that help. I am sure you guys like being tan so here is my guide.

You don't want to get burn (or wrinkles in the future) or more importantly cancer. I start off in the summer with SPF 30 on my body and SPF 50 for my face (make sure you get lip balm with sunscreen too!) I like using the Neutrogena Beach Defense. I smells good and does an amazing job. As I start to get tan, I will use the SPF 30 in the morning but reapply with Coppertone tanning spray which has SPF 15. This stuff is AMAZING.

The Maui Babe Browning Lotion is perfect. It's about 14 dollars and you can get it at Ulta. I apply it over my sunscreen and then sit out in the sun and after a day I already have killer tan lines. I doesn't have a very greasy feeling and smells soooo good!

3)Jump in the water. The sun reflects off of the water so every time you go in the water, you're getting more tan then just sitting out in the sun. My friend and I barely get out of the water when we are at the beach and we get killer tans. So put your hair down, dive in and have some fun!

That's pretty much it for me. It probably is stupid to write about but I know everyone wants to get tan. If the sun doesn't shine where you live or you're looking for a good tan in the winter, I have some pretty good self-tan recommendations.

It is apricot and vanilla scented and doesn't smell like self tan the next day (ladies you all know what I am talking about) It is an oil so, it it harder to see when you apply but the finish is amazing and looks really natural!

Hope you enjoyed and get super tan this summer!

How to Deal with the Stress of a High School Sport

The most stress I have experienced so far in my life is high school, and let me tell you playing a high school sport doesn't take off any of that pressure. I'm here to tell you from my experience, how to deal with the stress. A lot of time I find myself stressed out with the amount of homework I have. I take two college courses which ask at-least 2 hours of work a night multiplied by two classes. It's a lot. Then plying on practice, I find myself up past midnight most nights. Now, here is my solution. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. The more you hold off on work the more it piles up. So every time you think, "Oh I can do that later," you'll look like a raccoon the next day because you have so much to do. Another thing to help deal with an intense workload is to make sure you spend your time efficiently. If you have five minutes at the end of class, take that time to start homework or finish up a project. The more you use your time in school to finish work, means th...

Travel Tips- Bethany Beach, DE

Obviously when you take a trip to the beach, you want to go on the beach. Parking is quite a pain in Bethany if you don't go early. Entrances are labeled by streets and the one mistake not to make is enter the beach from the main town. The farther you are from town the easier parking will be and beach space. 2019 is the year for adventures. I am going to start a travel section on my blog to share my experiences from some of my favorite places that I encourage you to visit. I have been going to Bethany Beach since I was a baby. I know the back streets, the best restaurants and the coolest spots to have some fun. The Beach- The boardwalk has a bunch of fun beach shops and if you want to spend more time in shops then on the beach you can walk the town and go in to various places that scream summer love. I also am aware that Ice Cream is a must have when on the beach. The two best places in town is Dicky's and Khor Bros (both are soft-served). Dicky's is more conven...

The struggles of finding a summer job

Summer is finally almost here and i'm gonna be honest, I have no money. I spent most of my bank account of concert tickets and airpods so it's like I am in my own mini recession. I'm also 16 which means my parents are constantly down my back about having a summer job. They think I don't want one, but the truth is, it's so hard to find one. A lot of the places I have applied to write back with the same email saying "In the time it takes to train, summer will be over. sorry." Honestly, I don't think it's that hard to work a cash register or guide people to their dinner table, but jokes on me. Another thing is that places hire people with experience. I am 16 years old and the only real job I have ever had is watching my neighbor's dogs. How is a teenager, who goes to school for most of the year and still wants a decent amount of social time suppose to have two years of work experience. It's ridiculous! This reason is probably more of my ...
